In order to confirm your appointment, we require a $50 deposit within 24 hours. You will then be sent a contract and questionnaire to help us get to know you and your pup a little more! The questionnaire is also where you’ll have the opportunity to select your background colors.

Not a problem! We emphasize the importance of letting dogs be dogs and simply take some shots along the way. Action shots are often the best moment to capture as they really show off your pet’s personality and spirit!

We take our time at the beginning for your pup to sniff around, get used to the space and slowly introduce them to the equipment. We always make sure both you and your dog are comfortable at all times!

Our studio is in a safe, private, and enclosed space. We leave enough time between clients to make sure no other dogs are present at the site. Safety and comfort is our number one priority.

If you get your dog groomed, I suggest timing the shoot at your favourite part of their fluffiness stage. Not freshly groomed, but we also want to see their beautiful eyes and faces!

For highly energetic dogs, I suggest a long walk or play session beforehand if possible. This usually helps them focus during our shoot.

Since food motivation is our primary method for capturing and rewarding your dog’s attention, I suggest feeding them a little less the day of the session. Your dog will get plenty of treats during our shoot!!

Enjoyment, safety, and a memorable moment are our priorities! Remember these photoshoots are meant to be laidback and fun so do not stress about perfection.

Yes, absolutely! Our basic package allows for 2 people to join in for a few photos towards the end of the session. There is an additional fee for more than 2 people.

Within 7 days of the photoshoot, we will send over a proof of all images from the shoot. You are then able to heart 10 final images that you would like to receive. Any extra digital photos are an additional fee. Retouched final images will be delivered within 7 days of selecting the images.

Prints can also be purchased during the proof image delivery!
